Hypothetical housing.

How long do you think it usually takes to acquire a house, from say, finding one to buying it, assuming a standard number of negotiation back-and-forths, a few adjustments, standard closing, etc.?

my experience is that it takes about 60 days - about 2 weeks for the negotiation, and 30 - 40 days to close, on a standard deal.

FHA and VA may take longer.

It's not a process to rush.

And it CAN go faster.
