People younger than me despairing over things I've not accomplished myself yet really bug me.


Me despairing over stuff probably does the same for others.

Still sick, downing painkillers like some sort of obnoxious right-wing talk show host. There are some moments of near-euphoria, when I realize "oh, it's just that I'm not in constant pain."
Urg.
It makes me realize more that some of you have endured far worse things than this, and for that, I salute you.
