The folks that spun off our company to form their own, but is still essentially our design department, just won the 2006 Web Design International Festival -"Teams of two or four people have to produce a graphic, dynamic and interactive web interface based on the theme which has been given to them. The competition takes place over 24H non-stop and the theme is only given to competitors at the start."
They've won an all-expense paid trip around the world to show their portfolios to executives at major corporations in Chicago, New York, Paris, Hawaii, London, Tokyo and other spots.
Great couple of guys who well-deserve the accolades!

Just wow.

cool man. it'a lot like the 48hr film festival that is well, i think it's done at one time in different cities, but i don't know what the international aspect of it is...

but good to know that the webbers have an outlet like that too.

Wow they're talented. I'm enjoying looking at their website. What i find kinda of funny is one design firm had to get them to design their logo (Helium DOg which is a cool logo). Obviously it shows no confidence in their own staff!
