I was just listening to fucking Covenant DEAD STARS on last.fm (my profile - LINK ME!) and thinking "Goddamn, how many damn times did I hear this song at every single fucking goth-industrial night out for years and years, The Chamber, The Vault, Masquerade, Rarity, Nine Lives...and...and..."
And then I became really...really nostalgic... :(
damnit.

after awhile, the employees, rather than getting sick of the same six songs, actually came to look forward to hearing them. they were easy to dance to, stuff we recognized and could 'relax' to. I remember, vividly, how every time that opening sequence came over the speakers, we'd all grin and kind of.. ease into our grooves for awhile.
I miss those days.

Now I don't think such situations exist but for private house parties, for which I am thankful, but there's sometimes something missing.
I mean besides rampant nudity, which is a plus of the house parties.
